Stress and Burnout
I enjoy working with young adults who find themselves struggling with stress - whether that relates to their job, family, college, or relationships. With all the environmental stressors in the last few years, combined with stress from normal life events, I find more and more of my clients initially come in struggling with burnout. I also enjoy working with professionals and people seeking a better work-life balance. I work with clients to help decrease overall stress, process through adjustments and transitions, and restore a sense of balance after experiencing burnout.
