Healthy Minds in the Perinatal Period

This will be a very laid back, come as you are, gathering to learn about coping skills and mental health during the perinatal period. This will be beneficial for pregnant families, bedrest families, NICU families, as well as those in the postpartum time frame. You will leave feeling empowered to know what you and others are experiencing and ways to work through it. Stephanie Landrum is a Licensed Professional Counselor who owns Mind in Bloom Counseling. On top of her career, she is also a NICU mom who has a lived experience. She will provide resources that are helpful as you move forward through your journey.

*please note there will be an identical event conducted virtually the week after as well*
